D&G Acquisition Announcement

The Verticon Group announced today that its shareholders have now approved the sale of its Australian Crane and Hoist Division to D&G Hoists & Cranes (Aus) Pty Ltd.
Completion of the sale will take place on Monday 1 June 2009.
